Those applying for an Essay Award may choose to write their essay on one of the two subjects below. Must be 500-1000 words and can be e-mailed directly to 08commencement@gmail.com. Inlcude your name, phone number and e-mail you can be reached at. You must have filled out one of the applications before applying for the Essay Award.

• Indicate how your aspirations have evolved over time and state why
• Identify a personal obstacle and state how it has influenced you and your career path
If you are earning a masters degree or higher, or you are submitting an essay for the essay award, please provide a biography of yourself approx 75 words long (This will be placed in the yearbook).  This may also be e-mailed directly to 08commencement@gmail.com  

Remember to show up at the Millenium Center in Southfield at 3:15pm with your dressed in your Cap & Gown.
